Re-entering Communities!

by Johnny Crimson

I could add the brightest
colors to make it stand out
on a diamond sparkle beach or in a desert somewhere

I just want to feel it

Lift the gloom from the ground
Like the laser of a retina scan
sweeps across the eye

I want the cousins and the houses
Slim describing me and not my pockets
Fucked but still alive and ready
Really ready for the world to fall
in my lap or a floozy

or two

Give me the sidewalk
The right to run past you
The skinny stick of chewing gum that wraps
around your bazooka

A scale with no arms to compare and contrast
I will stand atop and declare all measurements
null and void forever

Give me double-dutch
The warmth of a wet willy summer
Ice Cream truck to the melted dessert
cone residue left on my bicycle spokes

Instead were cutting tummies
little incisions with our heads cocked to the side
The flinching stopped years ago
Ever since you been fuckin' that neighborhood girl
in the carport of the Hertz

But I really want the double-dutch
The warmth of a wet willy summer
Now I drive the Ice Cream truck
and the cone residue is the cum I leave
on their bike spokes
When the rest won't fit in their mouth
