frozen picture book

by Matthew Sharp

in passing cars
our passing eyes
froze time today
we're still stuck
at that stop sign
reminding each other
of divinity
and the responsibility
of perpetuating it
our garden blooms
in flowing infinity
feeding instinctual knowledge
in respect/response
to our unity

Those chance encounters definitely have a way of waking us up again! I like the moment this captured. Alot.

When will we realize that we are all one...all connected. I really like this and sending it straight to my faves! MFS

Title and frozen time unite to etch deeply into memory. Deeply felt and expressed.

...matthew, what a delightfully packaged assessment o' life in this world...such a snippet o' every day life, a moment appreciated and you/we're better for it...a lil' nudge from the goodness humanity has to offer, eh? a common bond is that of ignorance[ignorant of another's differences and/or likenesses], eh?, yet we don't celebrate it, rather shy away from it...oh well, this is a whale of a write...charlie
