Reaffirmation by Madeline PestolesiThey mocked me in high school
When I said you were my forever love.
The mockery continued at 21,
Which is still to young to know forever.
But here we are,
On the cusp of marriage
And I couldn't be happier
Or more sure
That you are my love.
And my life.
So let's jump off this cliff together,
With my hand in yours
There can be no fear. 04/30/2008 Author's Note: I'm known my fiancee since we were 14. Now we're 26 and getting married in August. Yea!
