and all that jazz

by Maria Massarella

Sometimes

in my dreams
ti sento i hear-feel you
the melody the chords

allure of tones

the immediacy
of mystic percussions
spine-tingles

rhythms my pulse

my senses comply
vibrant to the heat of
your hissing arpeggio

in spaces beyond

touch
where you slink me in
to liquid surrender

Any musician whoever scored a treble clef can appreciate poetry such as this. In your appeasement you've crafted the perfect adagio, a willing accomplice to a beautiful verse. >>>

Angel, this is so very lovely. Shivering beauty, this eloquent poem, yours.
