See her standing there

by Keith D Allison

Computer my only friend
let us watch the pixels
dance upon the lines
as we leave this place behind
whirling in a world of fantasy
where stars flow on an endless sea
far from where hearts are case in glass

Let us write a Rhapsody
flowing in the rhythm
of life caressing grace
the heart is a playpen
where
lovers kiss can bring it warmth

See her standing there
far out on the mountain ledge
watching the valley floor
let her dream, let her dream
as the wind fills her lungs
let her dream for ever more

Sentiment that doesn't rot your teeth. Always good.

A bit of Blake and Poe makes a most enjoyable read!
