are you breathing delphi? by Ryan Nardiwizards prefer to drink wine
sweet from a rotten fruit
blackened by ice
Muscat the long-living Sage
knows the highway leads
to the desert
in grottoes of iron boulder
in the dictions of the livery
queriers pray for the calming saints
qualms in the dark are whispers
the chess board of acres unflaps
heroes and makers dodge traps
shed a pound of hip-bone
and tromp the floating
fish into the sand 04/04/2008 Posted on 04/04/2008 Copyright © 2025 Ryan Nardi
