Though I've Lost Love I Still Can Sing!

by Joe Cramer

Though I've lost love, I still can sing!

Especially with the onset of Spring.

You broke my heart of hearts, it's true.

Now I forever wonder what to do,

Look at what lost love can bring.

You should hear me wail in the shower,

No more hot water after the long hour.

I take washing away feigned pain, too few,

Though I've lost love I still can sing!

So now I'm ready to have a quick fling,

Waiting for the one who will help me sing.

So here's a thought on which you can chew

At least singing keeps my heart from being blue.

Now I'll wait, until I see what Eros will bring,

Though I've lost love, I still can sing!

Man, you really know how to rock style and substance. Well done again, sir.
