beauty's sand deep by Charlie Morgani shared the island with the Little Prince;
he was only going to be there a short while.
he had other worlds to visit, scrutinize, know;
off he trod: visiting one manifestation to another.
standing by him in the Sahara i'm wondering what he meant
when he said something about deserts being beautiful.
i tripped and fell head-first into a cool oasis;
after being parched, the water was beautiful.
then i saw what the Little Prince was talking about. 03/25/2008 Posted on 03/25/2008 Copyright © 2025 Charlie Morgan

| Posted by Anita Mac on 03/25/08 at 05:21 PM I had to read The Little Prince for French back in high school. Remembering that and reading this made me smile a bit. ;o) |
