Texting

She sends "ILY" frequently...
I'm more formal, spelling out the words
Of my heart, as I have from the start.
I find the notion somewhat vexing
When I don't understand what she's saying.
I still enjoy the notion,
And of course the emotion
Of shared love, as I ought to
