Someone

by Meagan Green

I care about you so much.
I love you, I truly do.
And I worry about you;
I sit awake at night and I
dream of you, sincerely,
with repercussions and responses;
and I feel as though you
have never met the part of me
who laughs when something is more than just funny,
but remarkable...
do you know what I mean?
We just never cross paths there and
it feels so important that we should.

As much as life is not as it should be
is as much as love could be,
and I don't feel as though it could be
more than just a moment of sincerity and good timing.
For that I am very lucky.
I could be convinced that there is no time for happy and
only time for sorrow, sullen, and sappy.
Another phase, another place
that I will visit again, and again, and again
until I finally learn a lesson.

Be happy that you are willing to visit and revisit this place for so many give up far too early and walk around with their head down to their knees and wonder why they never see anythng. Nice write.

i dream like this once in awhile. when hope powers ambition, i dream and find myself wishing and wondering what i could do to achieve my dreams. or maybe a dream to end all dreams. so very beautiful.
