it's a wonderful life, i say
as sarcasm saves the day
and pain all but withers away
today is not a good day

sadness presses upon my will
waiting for all the blood to spill

nothing is as it used to be
but everything is the same to me
and i just want to be free
from this ceaseless misery

i dont even know why it's come
but i feel it has just begun

as the toxins creep into my body
they pretend they're helping me
hanging on the edge of sanity
and nobody knows it but me
