(Full Title)
A consideration of 'Distraction Theory', which states that an extravagantly lengthy title should be regarded as a device designed to divert the reader's attention away from deficits in both style and substance within the body of a poem, thereby preserving any pretensions to credibility to which the writer might be desperately clinging - unless, of course, the reader is also a practitioner of the aforementioned device, in which case all credibility is lost.

hmm...

No way - so unfair!
