[Library] "This deadly poison is both tasteless and odorless." The smell
of dryer sheets on my freshly washed bedding
cannot compare
to the scent that you've left behind;

between
a mingling
of sweats
and perfumes,

I'm positive that
I can taste the bittersweets of pain and pleasure
recently bestowed
upon my pillowcase.

Exhaustion,
iced with anticipation and humility,
is [unexpectedly]
becoming my most favorite
dessert.
