Infuse

by J. P. Davies

Here lies a secret
in desertified flesh mortified
perfect scent of degradation.
I, your long preserved cadaver
mass and multitude of bones
a handbag of entrails and dust.

Here rises the flood
replacing vein and ventrical
coursing through cartiledge
moisturizing medicine in me
stagger breathe and leer aside
as body ressurects.
