I'm all arms but can not hold you

by Vere Mantratriad

I'm all arms and
too tongue-tied to
bow in your presence
though you've had me
on my knees more than
I can count to try to
make some difference
in an obvious decision
already made but not
uttered so I try to
listen but you're off
the air and all my
voice whispers is static
so I return to my knees
to beg of you to
just pull the plug

Oooh. I know about decisions made but not uttered. This is highly impactful.
