While living in the land of fun and sun

I enjoy the carefree Southern days.

Cool nights, warm evenings, hot summers.

Walking on the beach in shorts on Christmas Day

And on New Years Day as well.

So many come here, each and every day,

Just to visit, a few to play.

(So many more end up staying.)

I love living in the "Sunshine State"

Though we almost never have a "white Christmas"

(I can always watch the movie!)

The distinct advantage of living here

Is that I don't have to worry

About finding my spot here

When I'm ready to retire!
