enough by Mary Frances Spenceri remember
last winters blanket
softly fell overnight
a layer
over
patio chairs even
wearing
the early morning spun glass
silver silence
white light
crisp clouds of breath
slowly melting
but leaving
enough
for a few
crunchy
snowballs
and some sledding
under the dark
watchful pines
