Destruction of Nothing by Christopher ShinSkies burn as the
stars blazes through
the night.
The hopes of many
breaks as the world
falls down all around
me.
The black orbs shuts
close as my iris are
covered with small
veiny skin.
My soul searches
for any peace,
but only crystal
tears splatter
against my right cheek
The bonds of friendship
divide as we stare from
the cliffs edge from
celestrial buildings
of different worlds.
Alone in my thoughts and my heart
searches for her,
but she isn't going
to be in this era.
And I plunge forward,
and darkness engulfs
my last shining dreams.
My fingers trace nothing,
as the last air bubble pops. 11/21/2007 Posted on 11/21/2007 Copyright © 2024 Christopher Shin
