A reason to write; when I do not feel all is right. by Jolie JordanI know you're forgetting about me.
I can feel it in my bones as I move down the streets.
my hands are empty, and they clutch nothing like nothing was meant to be there.
I'm passing churches and old buildings and tiny elementry schools;
filled with glue, paper volcano's, and children.
I know you're forgetting about me
and there is nothing I can do about it. 11/18/2007 Author's Note: Walk on.

Posted by Olivia Weinkein on 07/27/08 at 03:28 AM I can completely relate to this. A very intimate snapshot. One of my favs. |
Posted by Quinn Vokes on 12/05/09 at 11:51 PM I've taken this walk, just a moment in time, perfectly captured. So simplistic yet so heart-wrenching. |
