You were the place I found me
by Samantha ShawYour eyes take me to a place of clarity
a placid lake that flows to eternity
a shade of blue so serene I would dip a finger in to taste its beauty.
I dont know the depths of your soul
but you take me in with each passing moment
my thoughts disolve on my tongue
I search for those words
and find where you have settled.
My world is now a dream
with You my reality
at this moment I want nothing more
than to bask in your dawns light
