Low Self Opinion
by Jersey D GibsonI've brought this upon myself,
the whole world weighing on my back.
Heavy steps, I plod carefully,
bidding my time until the next attack.
...and I'm wasted...
...and I'm wasted...
Walking on shells, represents my spine,
can you see the blood trickling down my eye?
My skin is thin, my patience is frayed,
how much more can I suffer today?
...and I'm wasted...
...and I'm wasted...
Here me now! Lack of a better direction!
Don't tell me now, you're in need of protection!
Suffer now! You the one in a million!
Brought down by me, and my low self opinion!
Nailed to a 'T', bigoted for life,
behind iron bars, sentenced with strife.
Cut myself just feel, but feeling down,
can't wait for the moment to be six underground.
...and I'm wasted...
...and I'm wasted...
Taking hits like their going out of style,
cut in a thousand places, crawled for a mile.
Scrap my knees, cut me down, hold me back,
salt my wounds, spit in my eyes, that's my knack.
...and I'm wasted...
...and I'm wasted...
Here me now! Lack of a better direction!
Don't tell me now, you're in need of protection!
Suffer now! You the one in a million!
Brought down by me, and my low self opinion!
