Million Stars

by Rhonda Maneki

I fell like million stars from the
sky to be caught within
your hands.

My essence, shimmers of
moonlight silver, dripping in mirrored
pools at your feet, your
eyes reflected in me.

You say, I'm beautiful for I'm a million stars,
and yet, you never truly see me.

Author's Note: I have no idea really - what I'm doing with this. It just whispered itself.

This one to me feels like love brand new. Even though you shared with me the inspiration for it...I read another meaning entirely. ((((hugs))))) alisa ;-0
