It's almost like a tease

You dance in and out

And though your words please

I can't figure them out.

I do get an idea, a gleaning

Of what you're trying to say.

Though I often don't fathom the meaning,

I do try, almost every day.

So this tease that you share

Makes my mind wander

A little here, a lot there,

Chin in hand, I forever ponder.
