I don't think I'm overreaching myself
or making a promise I can't keep.

I seek not to overwhelm the world,
but only to whelm it:

to scrute the inscrutable,
to eff the ineffible,
to evit that which they tell me
cannot be evited-

Oh, yes,
there are others out there,
those who misunderestimate me,
those who would try to supersede me,
but believe me-
they will sede me at best

for I will be a superstar;
where they are merely cilious
I will be supercilious;
where they are only ficial
I will be superficial;
where they are but fluous
I will be superfluous.

this is my promise,
my dream
and my vow.

they tell me my quest is impossible -
but just see if I don't poss it.
