If the dress fits. by Johnny CrimsonJust let me know when you're tired of smelling
like everyone
Half the size of a folded dollar
then half the size of that
Was about the way it felt in her
The rings in her mind
Don't match the ones around her eyes
But I hope when you get that ring
your fucking fingers fall off
And as the disease spreads to your brain
and your blood just gives up
and falls from your body
And you feel yourself being forcefully deprived of your virginity over
and over again
I hope you think of me
"So are you going to that party saturday night? It should be a blast.
Did you hear about little Danny Carrington? He was eaten by a shark last night. Funerals tomorrow. My kid sister just made honor roll, and the folks are doing well. Hey whats with you girl? You seem a bit detached tonight?"
"I just realized, I'm in love with someone else."
"Who!"
"The dead boy, whose ghost is standing behind you!" 08/29/2007 Posted on 08/30/2007 Copyright © 2024 Johnny Crimson
