I remain liquid and even

Softly flowing through

These days of my life.

Nothing disturbs the calm

As I float ever skyward

Into the cool of the eve.

Liquid and even has become

My life, for whatever reason.

I cannot fathom the depth,

The depth of such an existence.

Instead I remain cool, calm, collected,

Serene while I am liquid and even.

Drops fall on me while I float

Into oblivion, all the while forever

Remaining liquid and even.
