The Importance of Being Aaron

by Aaron Blair

I like to pretend that it could be easy
to find god inside myself,
as though, one day, I may reach into
the cavity of my chest and pull out something
wet and sticky, scream, "That's him!"
Only, I have never stopped to imagine the consistency
of a deity, how possibly viscous the fluid
from which a higher power might form;
the converse definitely being untrue,
as I am sure my maker has considered me carefully,
right down to the elasticity of my vagina.

I am just that important.

The bit about god thinking of your vagina is ace.

haha. (the "haha" is regarding Bob's comment above.) he's right, though i think everything about this is ace.
