Untitled. by Meagan Green
I walk out from the dark screen room
and forget which direction I came from.
My eyes adjust to the neon lights and
I take a right into the large cathedral.
A little boy with dirty sneakers,
fully clothed in confederate flags,
flags me down and tells me I am ugly
before he asks me to throw a dollar on the tax.
I look at him with dissapointment and rage
before I call him an ungrateful brat
and steal all of his cash. 07/22/2007 Posted on 07/23/2007 Copyright © 2025 Meagan Green
