I once saw the world of beauty in one girl!

by Emma Turtle

Everytime i try and write about her,
the page becomes a mess,
A scrible of random words....
I never seem to find the right ones.
If you were in my head like you are you would tell me to invest in a thesaurus

This is my attempt,

I saw a girl who,
Deep down inside was dying.
Yet she kept fighting.
Shes a girl who would die trying.
(hope you know, i wouldnt let you)

I saw a girl
Whos laugh choked me.
Yet she would choke back the tears to shield us,
Who would hold you until the pain washed away in our tears,
As you would never cry alone with this girl.

I saw a girl,
Who was stable and standing,
behind me, ready to catch.
Your the girl who would ever let me fall.
(I would if it meant saving you)

I once saw this girl in you,
Thats beauty shorn through and though
Oh what beauty.

The most important aspect of you,
is your heart,
You will find it on your sleeve,
It beats for you,
Yet us.
Its what makes you
That girl I know,
That friend i have
That soul mate i need,
So each time i breath
I thank the beautiful you!
