I went do Duane Reade today
and looked for Lucky Charms
only to not find them,
and my day was crushed
as all decisions were now muted
because I could not enjoy
marshmallows with crunchy bits
to the point that I didn't
even purchase runner-up
Banana Nut Crunch
which in no means is substandard
but today my charms called for me
but I couldn't answer the call,
and the day changed for worse.
