World filled with silence
millions of years from today
no more spoken words
our utile tongue lost its way

I love philosophical poetry in any form and this one certainly cuts to the chase, Tony. The subtle impact of the last line makes it all come together. Congratulations on becoming The Telepathic Poet Of The Day.

How did I miss this? Oh, I see. That was the first day of my vacation... lol.. I was buried in a new book purchased just for the occasion. Darn shame I missed slapping you on the back. Belated Congrats!
