[Library] Modus Operandi

by Nikki Rice

Well I guess we're not partners anymore
at least not by my standards
impossible as they are
it's tough to keep one around
for longer than a day or seven
alone inside anticipating the end
fear drove the words out of me
ending ending ending
I pushed it again
So now you think I'm crazy in love
but I only want to hold your hand
call you "Papi" while you cuddle me
then I'll touch your best friend
That's how it goes
You do one thing and he'll do the other
your job is more important
trust in that
Non-mechanical, non-robotic
you've got so much more going for you
but for a reward I must risk
and I'm not ready for that or this
so I'll let the circuitry touch my naughty bits
and you don't have to worry at all
ever ever ever
You'll be gone before you know
that you'd been living all for me

VOID.

Indeed, excellent work; well said... Those first three lines kind of remind me of me, but don't worry, I liked them anyway - They're my favorite ones in fact - The whole of the piece is quite great; very well done!

This is a no BS piece. To the point and well done indeed. ~JPP
