Stagnation by Tota LongmireI am stagnating
Like still water.
Mosquitoes are laying
Their little eggs of doubt
In the depths of my being.
Algae clouding my thoughts
And leeching the life from my soul
When did I stop being a stream and
Become a little, smelly puddle? 05/23/2007 Posted on 05/23/2007 Copyright © 2026 Tota Longmire
