I know when I comment it might seem like I am complaining,
but I am observant, everyone appreciates an observant person right?
The fact remains, that even though you think I am irritated, or annoyed,

grasping club soda
magnanimous gulping
reminding me

I revel with knowing the quirks of you, and us growing
beyond such silly little quibbles, like the eight dollars
you now owe me because of your burping prowess,
means that a stronger bond will eventually take hold my dear.
For we both care for one another,
and although I cannot forget what you said in your waking stupor,
even though you do not remember

our differences
I'm definitely not you
that is the point

It is those small, sometimes loud, differences between us
that make us all that much more diverse but yet so much
more of a well-rounded coupling. You speak history, facts...
I speak philosophy, abstracts. That is okay by me.
