when love meets traveled territory
the explorers must learn survival
things may become treacherous.
a prolonged existence
means many a glorious day
the day man brings home food
the day man builds a house
the day man feeds his family, growing.

but it is in those early days of settlement
that man realizes what he has
or that which the land does not offer
and decides to move on
yet, whichever choice he makes
he must decide and go with it
with every muscle in his being
to live by example, and love by learning.
