All day I dream absolute (in)sanity
Diving into mental pools of ideals
I gather my existence as flawless hopelessness
Daydreams staring through eyes of possible selves
Assimilation is my nightmare awake
Squinting as dizziness inverts daily actuality

Dreamless reality eats away my sanity
Recollections grasp onto regret blindly
Each memory serves as incorrect sense data but
Ample information is without concurrent realization
My mind forever wishing elsewhere
Sanity means equally real dementia
