in the group setting i appear meager
yet one on one
the majestic mind of mine does show through

my word to introduce myself at my new job was poetic

i feel my mind becoming a believer of that
i look and see everything, take it in
think of what words can capture its being

the fewer the better i rally behind
the quicker to make your point
the longer you can hold their attention

quick strikes, outthink your opponent
outthink your friends
if you can outthink everyone
you are ready for anything

i just want to be ready for life to start
