MOM (A MOTHER'S DAY TRIBUTE)*

by Terry Olynik

Little Terry,
With a grin,
Drank up all
Of mommy's gin.
Mommy said,
When he was plastered,
Go to bed
You little lovechild.

my mom would have called me a little sh-word... but that's just mom, and it wouldn't have been gin, but tequila... she's a margarita lady.
