Morning Sounds Haiku

by Tony Whitaker

I.
Chirping seducer
To mesmerize his new mate
Tree frogs fill the night

II.
Before morning’s light
Awakened to my delight
The dove’s mourning rite

III.
Suddenly silenced
Creatures of the night now bow
As Sol breaks the dawn

Author's Note: I love Haikus and the dawn, my favorite time of day!
