Soaked

by Razel Davies

Dripping with rain,
I walked through the door.
Soaked from head to toe,
feeling warm inside,
'cause i see my fire,
held in my arms,
warming power.
Wetness boiling over here,
hands sliding along my skin.

Hearts brought below,
our hearts conjoined.
Lips touching the other,
tongues talk in rhyme,
dripping with heat of mine.
Bodies slip and slide,
lubricated grip with,
no more hold,
just love of touch,
to embrace us here.

Soaked to the bone,
our wetness collide.
Heat from hearts,
enveloping grasp,
knowing all we could,
ever be in life.
Moist tears of joy,
the smile's hold,
for only you.
Wet and wild,
your soul proclaims,
with no argument from me.

Very nicely written. You gotta love honesty that comes through with every well-crafted, wonderfully vivid line. Really great work.
