That Which Is a Rose

Or even better, such a nom de plume.
Instead I'm left with petty words,
Phrases, lines on a page.
And just a regular sounding name,
Maybe fit for a G.I.,
Certainly not for a rock star.
Just Joe... but hey, for me...

Chip and I really enjoyed your "hop on pop" poem that vanished *giggle*, as his nickname, since our grandson, was born is pops... I was going to comment on it, but it vanished, lol. |
