II. by Jolie JordanI can picture your face in the palm of my hand
my neck crooked and your heart bloodred
as I study the space between your lips-
angelface,
you mean more to me than I will let you know. 01/05/2007 Author's Note: 2 of 2.

Posted by Laura Doom on 04/29/07 at 06:45 PM I read something here last week in which lips were described as 'parentheses' - so, this fills that not-so-mysterious orifice. I & II - the explicit & the implicit...seems like appropriately contrasting atmosphere/imagery to me, but then I don't know that much :) |
Posted by Cristy M. on 12/03/07 at 03:22 AM so, i commented on this almost a year ago and i haven't been on in so long and i just stopped by to reread what's on my favorites that i couldn't remember and i have to say, i'm glad i did. i still don't say. sometimes, it's better to not say it. |
