it has been a long time
too long
too many months,
days,
hours,
minutes....

it has been too long,
since I have been here,
to long since I have thought...

out loud,
on paper...

too hard to face,
to voice,
to know

my thoughts.

so easily ignored...
quiet
lonely
in my head...

there was no need
to say,
to write,
to scream

what I felt.

now there is

a want
a desire
a desperate need...
