You held me throughout the long night

As we enjoyed our sweet slumber.

I long to hold you always, so very tight

No matter when, how or wherever.

You smile at me with so much tenderness

Filling my soul with such a joy, a pleasure.

I long to laugh with you in such a bliss

My joy is boundless, and without measure.

We kiss with such a love, such a passion

That I am left absolutely breathless.

Then after awhile, and in such a fashion

I love you in a way that leaves my heart restless.

We belong together my sweet, my heart.

Two lost souls that enjoy such a love.

We both knew it from the very start,

You are my true angel, sent from above.
