Don't Call

by Genevieve Sturrock

i haven't heard from you in days
actually, it's more like weeks now
and i'm feeling pretty good about myself
mirrors don't make me want to hide
and i'm smiling at strangers again
so why does my stomach hurt
everytime the phone rings

Thanks, I like the part about smiling at strangers again!

Whimsical irony at its best! Loved the "mirrors don't makeme want to hide". Very enjoyable.Very concise.

...good question...i talked to a young lady this morning who was asking the same question...then i got back to meoffice and read this...where is she now--this is so correct-a-mundo as far as her state o' mind...she'll be by again...i'll save this and show her...lovely exclamation of "i am, i said"...much peace, chaz
