jimmy

by Peter Humphreys

as jimmy
jumped
down from
the tram
he wondered
if his Mam
would shout
and roar or
snore or more
as he tore his
trousers through
and as he walked
into the door
a blow rained
down upon his head
as a man unknown
made himself known
to jimmy then
would his Mum
say you are my
only beloved son
in whom I am well
pleased

Once again, interesting image, man. I think I like this one most of all.
