Hillary the Lonely

by Megan Langley

Unpolished, unkempt nails have grown far too long;
Splitting tips emerge within strands of thick greasy locks;
Those pale periwinkle spandex shorts easily find the fullness of her curves;
Hillary’s heart beats beneath the stained sports bra constricting youthful breasts;
All serve as testaments to the self-neglect consuming the life of this young woman.

Detail gives a grim picture. Hope it is not for real!
