tip toe tango by Jared Fladeland
if it hit me any deeper
i'd fly half past noon.
i'm twirl twisted frisk fretted
and woven awake by waves of indigestion
but the pink print of flesh across my bone and muscle
keeps on throbbing alive.
if it hit me any deeper
you could slap a name tag on my bottom
describing me as one:
"Lucifer".
