Disdain by Joe CramerSometimes my contemptuous disdain
Abandons all hope of any reality
And leaves my mind blank, dark,
Alone, and oh so angry!
So instead I watch, wait, look and listen
As to what I want to do, want to say.
Nothing else is left, nein, nada, nyet.
When meetings are held, just to meet,
These exercises in futility are worthless
And not something I could ever be interested in.
I grow tired of such continual nonsense,
Nonsuch, trivial wanderings and the rest.
So my disdain festers and grows
Exponentially as time creeps on.
So all that is left to do is just wait,
Silently, in my angered supposition.
