and i lie comforted by its presence
as i take in the depth of all it holds
and in it's warmth i fall

in this moment there's
no need to look behind me
for the shadows of memories that haunt
because tonite you have placed them
miles from my heart

my soul has run to the open arms of love
found in these walls tonite
completely surrendering to its foreign touch
content to let it emerse me
in it's embrace

and it fits more perfectly
than i could have imagined
and i find my breath held spellbound
by the beauty of all
it represents in my life
and love fills my heart
for i know i am finally home
safely held in these walls tonite
